Aplus leads the Line Maintenance in the Philippines

In aviation, beyond the cockpit and cabin is a network of technical professionals whose work ensures that every aircraft is safe and ready for its next journey. As airlines continue to expand their operations across the region, the need for dependable line maintenance partners has become more critical than ever, where operational reliability is essential to keeping aircraft moving.

Reflecting this growing demand, Aviation Partnership Philippines (Aplus) continues to strengthen its presence in the country’s aviation landscape by welcoming additional airline customers this August 2026. Aplus has expanded its portfolio, now serving 49 airline customers as more international and domestic airlines entrust the company with their line maintenance requirements. The growth comes as airlines seek partners capable of delivering responsive technical support while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

The partnerships celebrated today are the result of countless moments that rarely make headlines, listening to customers, understanding their operational needs, and patiently cultivating relationships long before the first aircraft arrives. Behind these milestones are individuals whose work often goes unseen but leaves a lasting impact on the company’s growth.

Among them is Marketing Group Manager Jeffrey S. Magadia, whose leadership has helped foster enduring relationships and open new opportunities for Aplus. His approach reflects a simple yet enduring truth:

“Meaningful partnerships are never built overnight. They are earned through trust, consistency, integrity, and a genuine commitment to serving others.”

A proud milestone for Aplus new customers onboarded! This achievement reflects the trust our customers place in Aplus and the hard work, commitment, and teamwork of everyone behind the scenes. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to delivering safe, reliable, and quality aviation services to every customer we serve. Thank you to the entire Aplus team. This is a win we share together!” –Jeffrey S. Magadia, Group Manager, Marketing and Business Development

Manila and Clark station gained new members of the Aplus family as they welcomed Jeju Air, Korean Air Cargo, Asiana Airlines, Eva Air, Kuwait Airways, and China Airlines.

More than an expansion of the customer portfolio, this marks a defining moment for the people of Aplus.

While Manila broadened its reach, the Cebu station deepened its role as a strategic gateway for international airline support, welcoming Vietnam Airlines, China Airlines, Jeju Air, Air Busan, Korean Air, and EVA Air into its growing portfolio.

Cebu has always been born ready to welcome and serve our customers. We may face challenges and changing circumstances, but our heart to serve has always remained at the core of who we are. It is a privilege to lead people who continue to show up, adapt, and serve with purpose, no matter the challenge.– Lyle Lester Lituanas, Group Manager for VIZMIN Operations

With multiple international carriers operating simultaneously, the responsibility extends beyond handling a higher volume of flights. It demands the ability to transition between diverse aircraft types, customer procedures, and operational priorities without compromising safety, quality, or on-time performance.

This reflects the confidence that global airlines have placed in Aplus. More importantly, it reflects the readiness of its people, professionals who continue to broaden their expertise, strengthen their capabilities, and rise to increasingly complex operational demands.

As the company grows, every new customer becomes not only a testament to earned trust but also a commitment to continuously elevate the standard of service that defines Aplus.

In an industry where every minute on the ground matters, trusted line maintenance plays a vital role in sustaining safe and efficient operations.

With an expanding network of airline partners, Aplus continues to contribute to the strength of the Philippine aviation sector, supporting carriers across multiple stations nationwide through its team of skilled aviation professionals. The company’s continued growth reinforces its position as the country’s leading line maintenance provider, a distinction shaped not simply by the number of customers it serves, but by the confidence those customers continue to place in its people and capabilities.

As the leading line maintenance provider in the Philippines, Aplus remains dedicated to delivering the highest standards of safety, quality, and service across every station we support. This milestone reflects the confidence our customers place in our people and capabilities. We are grateful for the continued trust of our airline partners which is both an honor and responsibility that we take seriously.”  –Mark Jefferson Sulit, Aplus General Manager

As the aviation industry continues to recover and grow, partnerships built on trust and operational excellence will remain central to its future. For Aplus, every new airline customer represents more than a business opportunity, it is another evidence of the efficient operations across the Philippines.

And because leadership begins with people, Aplus will continue to lead the Philippine line maintenance industry with the commitment that has earned the trust of airlines worldwide.
