Aplus’ Shop Support Services offers a one-stop shop. We offer services related to aircraft wheels and brakes, aircraft batteries, cabin, and structures, non-destructive testing (NDT), and boroscope inspection (BSI).

As aviation industries continue to expand, Aplus is committed to maintaining stringent quality of services and looking forward to developing new capabilities to offer. One of these is Boro Blending which we are expecting be approved this year.
To help extend the lifespan of various aircraft components, such as landing gear, hydraulic systems, fuel systems, we are looking forward to release new capabilities such as De-icer Boots Repair, Landing Gear Overhaul, Radome Repair, Nacelle Repair, and Cabin Maintenance by year 2024.

Wheels and Brakes Repair and Overhaul
Aplus Wheels and Brakes Shop operates with the latest industry-standard equipment, such as the universal Torque tool which is an automated torque machine providing better efficiency and safety.
We offer tire replacement, repair and overhaul services for Main wheel, nose wheel, and brakes assembly under CAAP regulations and approval.

The shop also offers bearing cup removal and installations.
Composite Repair
Aplus Composite Shop can perform composite inspection, repair, modification, hot bonding, and damage rectification of aircraft structures and cabin parts during C-Check, A-Check, AOGs, and shop-level works.
The capabilities include repairing composite and metallic structures.
Sheet Metal and Cabin Repair
Aplus Cabin Shop carries out all sheet metal and cabin repair work ranging from the creation of an aluminum bracket to which electrical wires are attached up to replacing or modifying wing spars, fuselage ribs, control surfaces, and large areas of the exterior skin.

Aplus Battery Shop offers maintenance and servicing of aircraft batteries such as NiCad batteries
