Controllership Finance Officer

Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy with CPA License.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in General Accounting and Financial Reporting.
  • Experience in conducting internal and external auditing is an added advantage.
  • Experience with Accounting Software and data entry.
  • Work experience with general ledger functions is required.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Knowledge and experience in using MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Analytical Skill
  • Ability to work independently and minimum supervision
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly JV accounting entries such as accruals and adjustments
  • Prepare GL account analysis and account schedules
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation report
  • Schedule and participate in accounting annual supplies physical count and petty cash count and prepare reconciliation report
  • Prepare annual external financial statement reports
  • Any other task that may be assigned from time to time
  • Will report to Controllership Finance Supervisor

Facilities Engineer

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Attend redevelopment meetings, site walks, and preconstruction meetings, collaborate with management, engineers and contractors.
  • Assign and schedule work tasks with other facility technicians in a team-oriented environment and perform initial evaluations of building systems and distribute work assignments.
  • Coordinate and assist in repairs involving basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • General Supervision and coordination with 3rd party contractor on Building Maintenance, Renovation and Construction activities.
  • Proposed electrical, mechanical, civil and cost saving project designs for the improvement of facility and other areas that might needed for an expansion
  • Generates maintenance documents and work systems.
  • Gathering and analyzing data, blueprints, and reports.
  • Determining facility and equipment specifications.
  • Responsible for implementing and execution of Predictive, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Facilities team.
  • Responsible on monitoring of Water and Electrical Consumption.
  • Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reports.
  • Carry out duties on which may assigned from time to time.

Human Resources Officer, Recruitment

​The Human Resources Officer, Recruitment is responsible for the performance of the administrative tasks related to the Company’s recruitment activities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Research on and suggest strategies in ensuring a healthy pool of candidates for all positions;
  • Perform end-to-end recruitment process from receipt of requisition for personnel thru on-boarding ensuring timeliness of processing and consistency with set standards;
  • Provide Department Heads with the necessary updates and reports on their manpower requirements;
  • Perform end-to-end recruitment process from screening to graduation and/or fulfillment of requirements for CAPE and OJT in close coordination with the concerned departments, partner schools and with the Technical Training Section;
  • Maintain an updated manual of JDs and TOs;
  • Keep an organized and updated file of qualified applicants for quick reference when needed; and
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Director, HRAD and Manager, HR.
