Why we collect your personal information?
Aplus collects your Personal Information (PI) for the following purposes:
· To facilitate the recruitment process: We collect your personal information to assess your qualifications and suitability for the open positions in Aplus. This includes contacting you for interviews, assessments, and follow-up communications related to your opportunity for employment.
· To improve user experience by making our website easier to navigate and more efficient to use.
We collect and process personal information based on your consent, to fulfill a contract, or any other legal obligations as required under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
What personally identifiable information we collect from you?
Aplus collects only the following Personal Information (PI) when you send your application to us: · Your Full Name: To identify and address you correctly during the recruitment process.
· Your Email Address: For communication regarding the status of your application.
· Your Mobile Number: To contact you directly for urgent matters related to your application or schedule.
· Details of Your Application: This includes your resume, cover letter, work experience, education history, and any other relevant information you provide in connection with your application to the job.
The Personal Information you provide is voluntarily submitted, and we process this information solely for the purpose of your application, as well as communicating with you regarding your employment opportunities.
CCTV Footage
Aplus operates CCTV cameras within our office premises for security and safety purposes. These cameras may capture footage of visitors, including applicants who enter our office. This footage is used solely for monitoring the premises and ensuring the safety of all individuals.
We may collect CCTV footage of applicants while they are on our premises as part of our legitimate interest in safeguarding our staff, customers, and assets. Signs are posted in areas where CCTV is in operation, informing visitors of the surveillance.
With whom we share your personally identifiable information
Aplus may share your Personal Information with third parties such as service providers who assist in processing your application, or IT service providers who support the functionality of our website and systems. Right to be Informed. Aplus values your right to be informed about the collection, processing, and use of your personal information. This includes the existence of automated decision-making and profiling. This is done by Aplus by presenting a privacy notice to you whenever we process your Personal Information.

You may also request Aplus to suspend such processing. However, this right does not apply where processing is based on your consent or legitimate interests of Aplus, or the processing is required for legal obligations. If you are exercising on behalf of another data subject, Aplus will require a signed letter of authority from the relevant data subject.
